Scott and Angie Patterson

  From 1998-2003, Scott Patterson owned a house painting company and met many people in the construction industry. He observed that the best way to make money on houses was not by painting them, but by owning them. He began studying real estate, taking classes, consuming books and tapes, attending local real estate meetings and networking. In short, he immersed himself in the business.

Angie Patterson’s background includes sales and marketing with a focus on the home improvement industry. In 2002 when Scott’s real estate business started to pick up momentum, she decided share in Scott’s vision, and made a career change. She notes, “I’m very detail oriented and Scott is the big picture person, which makes for an ideal match.”

Within three years Greenlight Properties, LLC has done approximately 40 deals, completed 26 major renovations and has successfully satisfied 100% of their promissory notes. Unofficially, that’s approaching $10 million in real estate transactions. An excellent track record for this hardworking couple.
